Born and Raised in Monongah, West Virginia, Erik has spent his life in the area gaining an appreciation for the people and culture. He is a graduate of Alderson Broaddus University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Prior to forming Huffman & Ross Wealth Management, Erik spent eight years at TIAA as a Wealth Management Advisor, eight years at BB&T (Truist) and four years at Huntington in similar roles.
Erik resides in Morgantown with his wife Katie and their seven children, Avery, Winnie, Maggie, Riley, John, James, and Annie. He and his family are active members of St. Francis DeSales Parish. Erik enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and sports.
